Sales Tax For shipments to Florida addresses, we are required by State law to collect 7% Sales Tax. Shipping We offer free expedited shipping on all orders! Orders will ship with in 24 business hours. Shipping does take place on most Saturdays as well. We have a partnership with Fulfillment Warehouses, and they do some of the shipping on our behalf. Depending on the item, we are sometimes able to ship to P.O. Boxes, Puerto Rico and internationally. An alternative option is shipping through the Ebay's Global Shipping program! Additionally, if you order total is greater than $350 a signature will be required for delivery. Warranties We only provide a manufacturers warranty on baseball/softball bats. If there is a warranty it will clearly advertise it in the listing description! If it is not there, the item is sold without a warranty. Bat Warranty Details: If the bat you purchase carries a 1 year warranty, then please note the following: - Warranty's are handled by the bats manufacturer (the brand) - In the event that your bat breaks and you need to warranty it, we will provide you with a valid receipt to use to warranty your bat - PremierSports as the seller, does not warranty bats or provide replacements - Do not send us your broken bat, the bat needs to be returned to the manufacturer following that brands warranty process - If you have any additional warranty related questions please contact us. Returns We have a 30 day return policy from the date of purchase. We cover the cost of return shipping! Message us and we will help you get your order returned. All returns must be in the same condition as when they were sold. If returned in another condition (used, damaged or broken), there will be a restocking fee.
